Approach

A renovation feels calm when you know where you stand. That is why we work in four fixed steps, with a fixed daily rhythm on site. Everyone knows what is happening, we and you.

1. 1

   Introduction

   We visit you and look at the house. You tell us what you want done, we tell you what is possible and roughly what it will cost. Not sure yet? We are happy to think along. The visit is free and without obligation.

2. 2

   Quote

   After the introduction we work the plan into a quote. It states what we will do, which materials we will use, what it costs and how long it takes. No provisional sums where they are not needed. What the quote says is what you get.

3. 3

   Execution

   Your fixed point of contact is one of our foremen, and he is on site every day, from start to handover. Not ten phone numbers, one.

   Every morning we get together briefly, preferably on site, or by phone if that suits better. With you and the colleagues we go through the day: what we will do, who picks up what and what is being delivered. Everyone starts with the same picture and you are never caught by surprise.

   Everything meets the applicable standards: electrics to NEN 1010, the rest to the Dutch building code. And you get that in writing at handover.

4. 4

   Handover

   We walk through the work together and record what is finished and what still needs attention. We resolve those points before we close the project. You then receive the relevant documentation: guarantees, inspection and measurement reports, revision data and the details of the materials used. All our work is covered by a warranty. What that means per type of work is on our warranty page. And if something comes up later, just call. We will come and take a look.
